Welcome to Untamed Yoga.
This space isn’t about becoming someone new.
This is about coming back to who you are, underneath all the noise.
I found yoga 15 years ago in Canada, not knowing it would completely change the way I move, think, and show up in my life. What started as a class became something much deeper: strength, clarity, resilience, and a connection to myself I didn’t even realise I was missing.
That’s what I’m here to share.
I trained in Goa, India, at Trimurti Yoga, specialising in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin. I am also a certified yoga therapist. But what I teach goes beyond styles. I'm aiming for my students to learn to listen to their bodies, trust themselves, and build strength from the inside out.
I’ve taught all over the world, and one thing is always true:
there’s no “perfect” way to do yoga.
There’s just your way.
My classes are strong, grounding, and real. You’ll be challenged, supported, and reminded of what you’re capable of, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is a space where you can drop the pressure, let go of expectations, and move in a way that feels powerful and honest.
No perfection. No ego. No comparison.
Just you, showing up, doing the work, and reconnecting to your own strength.
